HON. MAREN ISHAKU YOBO RECEIVES AN AWARD OF EXCELLENCE, COMMISSION'S FACULTY BILL BOARD.


The Liaison Officer, Bokkos Constituency Hon. Maren Ishaku receives an Award of excellence at Plateau State University, Bokkos, on Friday 12th July 2024.

The award presented to him by the Faculty of Social Sciences of the said university was to applaud his philanthropic strides towards the university students.

Maren further unveiled the faculty billboard which will serve as a means of identity for the faculty. He further extends a goodwill message from The Speaker Plateau State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Gabriel K. Dewan who was away for an official function.

In a goodwill message, Dean of student affairs Dr. Felix Masok enjoin Hon. Yobo to continue to be a shining light to the upcoming generations.

Similarly, Comrade, Bright Awus President of the Faculty acknowledged him as the first pioneer SUG President of the University, he further pleaded for mentoring, upbringing and many kinds of support from the Liaison Officer.

Hon. Maren was accompanied by a friend, Hon. Agbalak Ibrahim the former Deputy Majority Leader of Plateau State House of Assembly, who was also an awardee. Wife Mrs Patience Ishaku, Hon. Chief Bulus Mavolo and others.

Dear patriotic people of Bokkos LGC, as we gather to worship in our various worship auditoriums today, may the Sunday be a day of joy, peace, and blessings to us and our families. As we take a  moment to relax, recharge, and reflect on the good things in our lives, may the love of God and his blessings continue to shine upon our lives. I want to reassure you that you are all loved, appreciated and highly applauded for your sacrifices in making sure our community is more peaceful. I want to plead with you to continue to think on how we can continue to make a positive impact in our community and also to work together to build a brighter future for ourselves and our children.
